I just picked up a couple of watches yesterday from Westmoreland’s Time Shop. A Seiko Bell-matic From Nov. of 1966. This is a watch my father bought back in Viet-nam. And a 18s pocket watch from 1882 in a heavy coin silver case for a minor repair. I was completely amazed when I picked them up. The Seiko which was taken in for service looked almost brand new again, nowhere near a watch almost 60 years old. The 18s pocket watch runs like new again and was also polished to almost look like new. The people there are amazing, and their service is unmatched. Thank you for everything!

This is what happens to me. I went to Westmoreland Jewelry to drop off some items for repair. When I return back to  my vehicle, only to find that the driver’s side front tire was flat.

I was on  my way to  a doctor’s appointment in Alpharetta to  be scheduled for future surgery {on  a time line}. I was upset and frustrated cause if I missed that appointment everything then would have to be re-scheduled. I would miss my surgery and have to wait another year because of my job schedule.

Well, Mr. Wade Ramsey owner of Westmoreland Jewelry seeing how I was behaving, left his business and came to assist me by trying to change the tire. My jack was not working properly and by now Mr. John Slaughter of Phillip’s Pawn Shop joined Mr. Wade in trying to help me by going to his place of business to get a compressor, to put air in the tire, in order to get me to the tire shop on West Ave. a couple blocks away.

Once I got to     Statham Tire they were able to change the tire put the spare on and I was on my way to Alpharetta keeping my appointment.  And I had surgery a week later.

I’m really grateful to those merchants because they help saved my day. I thank GOD for their assistance.
